Bandkopf Josh McMorran kommentiert: „This song is about everyone’s limitations on themselves. It also represents my personal struggle with depression and my regrets in the way I dealt with the situation. It’s a reminder to myself that the only thing holding me back is myself and that I shouldn’t fall back into those chains!“
